You will be part of the technical specialists working at the waste management facilities including Integrated Waste Management Facility (IWMF) - a large-scale waste management infrastructural project, and Tuas South Incineration Plant (TSIP).

· You may be part of the project team to supervise IWMF construction progress.

The work scope includes:

• Strategic Leadership: Define the long-term engineering vision and technical roadmaps for the Salesforce ecosystem to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
  
• Architecture & Integrity: Oversee the architectural health and scalability of the enterprise platform, specifically focusing on complex Salesforce implementations.
  
  
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional leaders and external agencies to prioritize product backlogs and deliver incremental business value.
  
  
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering professional growth through regular performance coaching and constructive feedback.
  
  
• Operational Excellence: Establish high-standard engineering practices and tools to enhance team effectiveness, reliability, and security.

Skills and experience required

As a successful applicant, you will have at least 10 years of experience in salesforce. Proven track record in 

Salesforce CRM platforms including Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
