Mechanical Engineering Leadership

• Lead the mechanical organisation across new product development, sustaining engineering, and cost‑down initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• At least 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience in hardware product companies, with at least 3+ years leading teams.

• Proven ownership of end-to-end product delivery through EVT/DVT/PVT/SOP for at least two shipped products.

• Strong sustaining engineering experience - especially fixing recurring field issues through root cause and systemic design improvements.

• Hands-on expertise in DFMEA, tolerance stack-ups, FEA reviews, design standards, and mechanical reliability engineering.

• Experience with platform standardisation and driving part/material reuse with measurable BOM or complexity impact.

KeyResponsibilities:

§  Engineering& Technical Coordination:

SupportHV/MV transformer projects from engineering phase through to commissioning andhandover. Requirements:
