 About the role – you will:      

As a key technical contributor, you will lead material performance and process integration for sputtering targets in high‑volume manufacturing.

• Serve as the technical lead for sputtering target materials, focusing on magnetic, mechanical, and microstructural properties.
• Define and optimize target material specifications to meet process stability, film performance, and reliability requirements.
• Drive supplier qualification and improvement, with strong understanding of target manufacturing processes (e.g., casting, HIP, bonding).
• Lead investigation of material‑related excursions, establishing linkages between material properties and process performance.
• Integrate target behavior with sputter process conditions to improve yield, OEE, and process robustness.
• Apply material characterization and data analytics to correlate target attributes with film quality and product performance.
• Evaluate and qualify next‑generation target materials for PMR and HAMR applications.
• Establish standards, control strategies, and best practices for target management across operations.

Your experience includes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Science, Physics, Metallurgy, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of materials properties, microstructure, and characterization techniques.
• Experience in supplier management, qualification, or technical issue resolution.
• Hands‑on experience in sputtering, vacuum deposition, or thin‑film processes.
• Proven ability in troubleshooting and driving process improvements in manufacturing environments.

Job Description:

• In charge of designing the PCB layout of electronic circuit boards and generate Gerber files for PCB fabrication.
• Responsible in research and define efficient and reliable architecture to fulfil electronic circuit board requirements for the company drone systems.
• In charge of firmware programming in embedded C/C++ language.
• In charge of testing PCB assemblies thoroughly and ensure they operate as expected.
• Responsible in sourcing suitable electronic components to implement the design architecture.
• In charge of studying datasheets of the electronic components and design the schematic of electronic circuit boards that can fulfil the requirements.
• Responsible in generateing documents and drawings of design and test.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Aerospace/ Mechatronics Engineering or relevant
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in electronic hardware and firmware design
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design with experience in designing electronic circuits with microcontrollers, digital signal processors (DSP), field programmable gate arrays (FPGAs), etc
• Proficient in schematic and PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, OrCAD Capture and PCB Designer, Autodesk EAGLE, etc and using instruments such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, etc. to troubleshoot issues on electronic circuit boards.
• Proficient in C/C++ programming language.
• Knowledge in various communication buses and protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, etc.

Responsibilities:

• In charge of managing and supporting planning and procurement of medical, non-medical equipment, and furniture
• Plan and lead user workgroups by organising regular meeting sessions, setting goals and targets, facilitating useful and productive discussions, guiding user departments, as well as reviewing performance indicators and work plans
• Responsible for budgetary planning and control, ensuring that the development keeps within budget
• Work closely with user department and various stakeholders in the preparation of medical, non-medical equipment and furniture specifications for tenders
  Provide recommendation to users based on technical compliance of medical, non-medical equipment and furniture in tender submissions
• Attach to Group team to familiarise with Group BME policies and procedures through supporting the daily operations to align with organisation and regulatory requirements
• Liaise and manage external contractors on service and tender commitment issues Provide technical advisory to end users and senior management on medical, non-medical equipment and furniture related issues
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Min Degree in Electronics or relevant Engineering course
• Min 3 years of experience in service and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Experience in Healthcare/Hospitals
