• Due to diversity of the site and the complexity of projects, priority of projects and changes of priority affects the planning process. • Engineering Support: Provide disposition for engineering and production lots and conduct characterization to establish process baselines.

• Development & Collaboration: Drive new material and machine qualification, manage machine buyoff, and facilitate process transfers from pilot to production lines.

• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers regarding process or quality issues.

Requirements

Education: Minimum Degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in one of the following areas:

• Die Prep.
• Molding.
• Pick and Place.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D reporting.
