Responsibilities :

• Oversee, revise and plan the maintenance schedule
  Inspect and oversee all maintenance visits are completed before end of contracts.
• Monitor all follow-up jobs and KIV to ensure engineers accomplish it and inform the account team.
• Facilitate communication between the sales and operations teams.
• Guarantee service sales forecasts and work pricing are accurate.
• Respond to complaints from customers, handle customer/sales inquiries and provide after-sales support when requested
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
• Perform QC check on incoming and outgoing goods and regular stock take to ensure accuracy

Requirements :-

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Flexibility to travel at any given time
• Prefer candidate with relevant experiences

Responsibilities :

• Handling full AR module in accounting system
• Generate invoice & manage timely collection from customer
• Prepare and maintain weekly invoice listing report
• Assist in Letter of credit (LC) issuance, Bank Guarantee (BG) issuance & updating Trust Receipt (TR) Schedules
• Classify expense code and post staff reimbursement claims in the accounting system
• Support in annual audit preparation and related documentation
• Prepare progress claims, update delivery order and maintain the project claims tracker
• At hoc assignments assigned by manager

Requirements :-

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting (LCCI) and above
• 2 - 4 years accounting experience
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Responsibilities:

Business Development

• Identify and cultivate potential clients, projects, and opportunities within the HVAC sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their HVAC needs and project requirements.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections while providing accurate and relevant information.

Coordination

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing HVAC systems, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate closely with project engineer teams and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project handover from sales to execution.
• Monitor project progress to ensure deliverables are met within defined timelines, budgets, safety practices and policies.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Bilingual in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients and vendor.
