Role Overview

We are looking for a QAQC cum Site Engineerto support and coordinate ALC panel works on site. This role will act as a keysupport to the Project Managers and Site Team in ensuring proper coordinationwith RTOs, Site Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors, whilemaintaining quality, compliance, and smooth progress of works. The role willalso support the preparation and coordination of documents required for varioussubmissions.

Key Responsibilities

·        Assist in the coordination andsupervision of ALC panel installation works, including joint treatment andrelated finishing works

·        Review drawings,specifications, and method statements before site execution

·        Coordinate Site installationtraining, QAQC checks on different sites.

·        Liaise closely with RTOs, SiteManagers, Project Managers, Main Contractors, and Sub-contractors

·        Monitor work progress,workmanship quality, and compliance with project specifications

·        Coordinate material delivery,manpower, work sequence, and site readiness

·        Attend and support siteinspections, ensuring readiness for consultant and RTO inspection

·        Assist in preparation andfollow-up of FSC02 and DOC submission documents

Job Summary

Develop and maintain BIM/CAD deliverables for ALC wall systems and architectural works, enabling accurate quantity take-offs, progress claims, VO measurements, procurement BOM planning, and setting-out drawings for timely client review and approval.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate BIM shop drawings to support ALC panel installation and architectural works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Perform precise quantity take-offs for ALC panels using BIM and CAD drawings to support cost estimation and procurement planning
• Prepare detailed layout and setting-out drawings, including metal stiffener locations, for tender stage review and approval to facilitate smooth project execution
• Support progress and final claims by preparing accurate quantity measurements and compiling comprehensive backup documentation for client submissions
• Assist in measuring and substantiating variation orders (VO) quantities to ensure proper contract adjustments and approvals
• Extract and compile Bill of Materials (BOM) from approved drawings to streamline procurement and inventory management
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high attention to detail and numerical accuracy

Required competencies and certifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD to create and modify technical drawings for construction and procurement purposes
