Job Summary

The Training Supervisor plans and executes employee training and competency programs to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, fostering a skilled workforce through onboarding, technical training, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor training programs for new hires and existing employees to enhance skills and compliance
• Conduct orientation, quality, SOP, process, and skills-based training sessions to ensure operational readiness
• Maintain and update training matrices, competency assessments, and employee training records for accurate tracking
• Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and address skill gaps effectively
• Ensure completion of mandatory training and certification requirements by all employees
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and manage relationships with training providers
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback, recommending improvements to materials and methods
• Support quality and regulatory compliance by maintaining proper training documentation and records
• Monitor employee competency levels and facilitate re-certification activities as required
• Prepare monthly training reports and KPI updates for management review to track progress and impact
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and training effectiveness
• Provide training records and competency evidence to support internal and external audits

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in training, quality, or manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GMP, or other quality management systems
• Understanding of production processes and manufacturing operations

Boeing Singapore Training & Flight Services Campus is hiring a Technician for flight simulator maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Perform pre-flight checks

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Full Flight Simulators (FFS) and Flight Training Devices (FTD).

- Perform training device updates (software and hardware)

- Ensure documentation procedures are completed

- Provide total customer support service, that include accompanying customers through instructor station and during training operation

- Perform QTG run

- Able to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair hardware/software failures down to the component level

- Basic knowledge on motion (MOOG) and visual systems (EP8000/8100)

- Able to work on height

Job Description

• Conduct online research on prospective donors using public sources to help identify and assess new individuals and corporates who could donate, and help compile, proof, and edit in-depth profiles/reports on potential and existing donors for colleagues in the team.

• Input up-to-date research findings and prospect data into client's donor database in line with department’s data processes and standards. 

• Help prepare larger data sets for data-analytics within the department.

• Other database and research admin connected to prospects and donors. 

Requirements

• Minimum A-Levels/Diploma qualification 

• Possess experience working on databases and reviewing, analysing, and collating quantitative data or qualitative information from public sources. 

• Possess some research experience and skills (e.g. academic/study research, market research, fundraising research), to be able to review and analyse publicly available data (e.g. financials, philanthropic interests, and biographical information) and compile findings in a clear and concise manner.

• Good written communication skills and ability to produce quality profiles/reports to deadline.  

• Knowledge of MS Office applications including MS Excel and Word. 

• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness and flexibility.   

Contract duration: 6 months (renewable, subject to performance)

We are seeking a Team Supervisor, Vendor Education to support the Assistant Manager to manage and lead a team of frontline employees supporting our riders/vendors/partners/customer. While supporting the Assistant Manager in administrative aspects of team management, the Team Supervisor will oversee and monitor the performance of the team, and contribute to the objectives of the Company by ensuring high quality support is provided to our riders/vendors/partners/customers.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

• Assist coordinator on the floor by answering their questions.

• Process agent related activities such as scheduling, leave approvals and overtime planning in the internal trackers.

• Handle misconduct cases with the support of Employee and Labour Relations team.

• Update internal reference sheet(s) for any changes in SOP/information/process etc.

• Ensure smooth onboarding and assimilation of new coordinators.

• Work with relevant teams for smooth offboarding of resigning coordinators.

• Conduct daily huddles with coordinators.

• Support the Line Manager for monthly and quarterly performance reviews of confirmed coordinators and confirmation reviews of probationary coordinators.

• Collect feedback from agents on current technical issues and communicate with the relevant team to find solutions.

• Guide and train new hires or tenured coordinators on the existing SOPs, processes and procedures.

• Monitor the case queue and trigger cases as necessary in accordance with established processes.

• Support management with the execution of operational strategies, improvement efforts and other projects as assigned.

• Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure cohesive operations and timely resolution of cross-functional issues.

• Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to address the issues faced by the corrdinators.

• Track KPI data and trends to regularly update senior management with performance insights and recommendations for improvement opportunities.

• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports and dashboards present to senior management.

• Support Senior Management to execute new initiatives

• Demonstrates strong knowledge in providing coaching that highlights areas for improvement and recognizes what was done well with the coordinator involved.
