• Design high‑quality, job‑ready learning solutions that enable Lifebroker teams to perform confidently through change.
• Translate business and project impacts into clear, targeted learning experiences for affected employee groups.
• Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to shape learning that is accurate, relevant and fit for purpose.
• Embed sound instructional design principles to deliver engaging learning across appropriate delivery channels.
• Ensure all training solutions meet TAL’s quality, risk and due‑diligence standards.
• Enable sustainable capability uplift by supporting effective knowledge transfer and trainer readiness.
