Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage the training faculty team to deliver high-quality learning programmes.
- Develop competency frameworks, training roadmaps, and capability-building strategies aligned with organisational priorities.
- Advise senior leadership on training, learning innovation, and development initiatives.
Programme Development
- Oversee review, enhancement, and creation of training programmes for community leaders and staff.
- Ensure programmes promote growth mindset, leadership, engagement, and effective community building.
- Monitor adult learning trends and modern training methodologies to keep programmes current and effective.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal divisions, government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and private organisations.
- Provide consultancy to stakeholders on training design and workforce capability development.
- Represent NACLI in taskforces, committees, and cross-functional projects.
Team Development
- Coach and develop faculty staff capabilities and career growth.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, and staff engagement.
Requirements
Education
- Degree in Adult Learning, Training & Development, Social Sciences, or related disciplines.
- ACTA / ACLP / DACE / DDDLP certifications preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in training, learning & development, or management roles.
- Strong understanding of community engagement, public sector, or social development sectors preferred.
- Experience in adult learning facilitation and curriculum design is highly advantageous.
