We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Training Executive to deliver engaging learning experiences in media, design, and AI. This role focuses on training delivery, facilitation, and operational support, ideal for those who enjoy working directly with learners and bringing content to life.

Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

• Conduct classroom and workshop sessions teaching graphic design using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to develop practical skills
• Deliver photography and videography lessons covering shooting and editing fundamentals to enhance learner creativity
• Teach AI tools and applications, including LLMs and generative AI, to equip learners with current digital competencies
• Facilitate hands-on activities, exercises, and learner projects to reinforce skill application
• Provide clear, actionable guidance and support to learners during sessions to maximize engagement and understanding
• Deliver constructive feedback to learners to support continuous improvement and learning outcomes

Training Operations Support

• Prepare and set up training sessions and materials to ensure readiness and smooth delivery
• Manage attendance and maintain accurate learner records for programme tracking
• Support basic administrative documentation to facilitate programme operations
• Ensure smooth execution of training sessions by coordinating logistics and resolving issues promptly

Collaboration & Development

• Collaborate closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and compliance to align training with organisational goals
• Stay updated on emerging trends in media, design, and AI tools to keep training content relevant and innovative
• Continuously improve training delivery methods and materials based on learner feedback and industry developments

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) preferred
• Relevant experience in training, media, content creation, or related fields preferred
• Strong working knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Proficiency in photography and videography techniques
• Familiarity with AI tools and digital workflows
• Confident public speaking skills and ability to engage adult learners
• Good organisational and time management skills

Job Requirements:

• ACLP/ACTA certification is preferred.
• Proven experience in training or facilitation, especially in public speaking, stakeholder management, business negotiation, communication, or team-building.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups.
• Energetic, creative, and adaptable to different learning styles and environments.
• Passionate about developing people and creating positive learning experiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior WSQ or corporate training experience.
• Familiarity with experiential learning or activity-based facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced workshops on agentic AI and multi-agent workflows to adult learners and working professionals
• Develop and conduct training on AI coding and AI-assisted software development to enhance learner skills
• Create and demonstrate workflow automation and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot ecosystem
• Facilitate hands-on exercises and live demonstrations to ensure practical understanding of low-code/no-code AI solutions
• Train learners on AI productivity tools, reporting, approvals, and customer service workflows to improve business processes
• Build AI agents and multi-agent workflows to showcase real-world applications during training sessions
• Develop automations integrating AI with forms, email, spreadsheets, databases, APIs, CRM, or business systems
• Design workflows for approvals, reporting, customer service, data collection, and productivity to support learner projects
• Assess and communicate proficiency levels in relevant AI and automation tools to tailor training content effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, software development, digital transformation, or technology training
• ACLP-certified or currently undergoing ACLP training

• Prior teaching, facilitation, or workshop experience to enhance learner engagement and knowledge transfer
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver complex technical content
• Practical knowledge of prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt chaining, and tool calling
• Understanding of memory and orchestration in AI agents to support advanced AI training topics
