What You'll Do:

• Deliver engaging driving lessons, combining practical skills withessential theoretical knowledge.
• Create personalized training programs tailored to each learners’ uniqueneeds and learning style.
• Provide constructive feedback and track learners’ progress, celebratingtheir achievements along the way.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Uphold all traffic laws and safety regulations, setting a high standardfor responsible driving.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in training education andtechniques.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skillsand knowledge.
• Bring your positive, "can-do" attitude to the team every day!

What You'll Bring:

• Licenses: Minimum Class 3 driving license (essential); Class 4 licensepreferred; Class 2/2B with Class 3 considered.
• Experience: At least three years of driving experience with less than 6 demerit points – a clean driving record is a must!
• Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for coaching and mentoring. Ability to perform well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Qualification & Experience:

• Attained either the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), WSQ Advance certificate in Training and Assesment (ACTA) or equivalent Training and Adult Education (TAE) qualification; and
• Minimally attained a relevant Bachelor Degree;
• Possessed at least 5 years of relevant working experience in Education and/ or Training and Adult Education (TAE) sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct training and assessment in Instructional Design, or training related topics;
• Part of a learning solutions consultancy team whereby their expertise on the psychology of learning, instructional strategies and their understanding of how learning takes place and recommend constructive and practical solutions;
• Review and enhance training programs to ensure they are current, relevant and effective
• Update training materials and implement solution based on feedback and course evaluation;
• Responsible for training administration;
• Gather feedback and make recommendations for improvements to training;·
• Keep track and ensure training quality and standards are maintained;
• Ensure training is conducted according to the prescribed structure and curriculum; and
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Superior.

Other

• 5 days work week - (Monday - Friday)
• Work Area - Upper Jurong Road ( Nearest MRT- Joo Koon)
