What You’ll Be Doing

• Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
• Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
• Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
• Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
• Awareness of ISO 14001 and 45001 standards

Purpose of Position

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager - Service to lead our sales function in Sunshine West VIC, driving revenue growth, strengthening customer partnerships and developing a high-performing team.

About the Role

As the Sales Manager - Service, you will lead and develop the service sales team while driving growth across our service portfolio. You will manage the sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets.

You will also play a key role in shaping the sales strategy, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring our CRM and sales processes support strong business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the service sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets
• Drive growth by identifying opportunities within existing and new customer accounts
• Build strong relationships with key customers through regular sales visits and engagement
• Maintain sales activity and ensure all leads, contacts and opportunities are accurately recorded in the CRM
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve monthly revenue targets
• Identify growth opportunities within the region and convert them into new business
• Respond to customer enquiries, prepare proposals and negotiate pricing and delivery timelines
• Work closely with service, engineering and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
• Participate in weekly sales coaching meetings and communicate sales activity, forecasts and opportunities with the branch team
