Job Scope:

1. Counter & Customer Service Operations

• Attend to members' and customers' inquiries professionally and courteously.
• Handle membership registration, renewal, and account-related requests.
• Process product purchases, collections, returns, and exchanges according to company procedures.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions, and company policies.

2. Cashiering & Transaction Processing

• Process cash, credit card, e-wallet, and other payment transactions.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately in the system.
• Perform daily cash reconciliation and submit reports as required.

3. Inventory & Product Handling

• Prepare products for customer collection and delivery.
• Monitor stock levels at the counter and report replenishment requirements.
• Assist in stock receiving, stock transfers, and inventory counts when required.

4. Administrative Support

• Maintain accurate customer and transaction records.
• Prepare and file operational documents and reports.
• Assist in data entry and other administrative duties assigned by management.

5. Customer Complaint Handling

• Receive and handle customer feedback, inquiries, and complaints.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant department for further action.
• Follow up to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

6. Event & Operational Support

• Assist in company events, roadshows, Pop-Up Stores, promotions, and recruitment activities.
• Support meeting room, demo room, and event room operations when required.
• Perform operational duties assigned by supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.

7. Compliance & Housekeeping

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professional appearance of the counter and service area.
• Safeguard company assets, cash, inventory, and confidential information.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM Level
• Prefer female with age between 20-35 years old, presentable look
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin (To liaise with Mandarin speaking members and customers)
• Computer literate
• able wotk on rotational scheduled basis if necessary.

TECHNICAL SERVICE ENGINEER

Salary Range: RM6000 – RM7000

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sets up, operates, and maintains injection moulding machines to produce Colour Chips and performs technical control.
2. Customer/Supplier onsite visit for technical support on products and Colour deviation as well as solving abnormal problems.
3. Provide technical support for injection moulding machine setup, maintenance, production parameters, and troubleshooting at customer onsite.
4. Responsible to follow up on customer’s trial sample production and onsite production status.
5. Develop and enhance the support plan in order to establish good customer relationships and customer satisfaction.
6. Knowledge transfer to customers or sales channel partners on system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting skills.
7. Work closely with the Quality Team on quality and design related improvements based on customer feedback.
8. Adhere to production operating parameters and Good Manufacturing Practices to meet production and quality targets.
9. Accuracy in measurement and strong interest in Colour matching.
10. To perform tasks/jobs as assigned by superior.
11. Training Provided.

Requirements:

1. Must possess at least a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical/industrial academic qualifications.
2. Secondary School graduates are welcome to apply if having relevant working experience.
3. At least 2 years and above working experience in Plastic Injection Molding / Extrusion / Plastic Resin / Colorants Manufacturing.
4. Able to speak and write Mandarin.
5. Basic communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
6. Basic computer literate.
7. Willing to go onsite for customer and supplier visits for technical support.
8. Willing to work outstation in Batam.
9. Self-initiated with good 5S habits and discipline.

Your responsibilities will be to look to build on solid existing client relationships whilst also using your outstanding sales skills and outgoing personality to win new sales and clients in your sales territory.
