Job Description:
- Engage with parents to gather details for their tutor requests.
- Match suitable home tutors to parents based on specified criteria.
- Clear inquiries through WhatsApp, Email, and SMS systems.
- Accurately input administrative details into our system.
- Issue invoices and manage outstanding payments from clients
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree Holder. (Fresh Grads are welcome to apply)
- Singaporean/Singapore PR Holder.
- Meticulous and organized
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle individual tasks and work effectively within a team.
- Eager to learn and committed to personal growth.
Working Hours:
Full-Time: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend (9:00 am - 6:45 pm / 10:15 am - 8:00 pm)
Starting Pay $3000-$3500/month, Career progression is available!
