Step into a pivotal leadership role driving impactful healthcare programmes, strengthening community partnerships, and elevating service excellence across operations. You will shape meaningful collaborations, enhance patient journeys, and lead continuous improvement initiatives that support sustainable and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of daily operational activities
- Drive strategic engagement with external agencies and community partners to develop strong collaboration and referral pathways
- Spearhead outreach initiatives and publicity efforts to enhance programme visibility and community reach
- Ensure full compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budget planning, including capital expenditure, and manage patient-related collections and KPI tracking
- Champion service excellence by identifying opportunities for process improvements, workforce planning, and operational optimisation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Experience in healthcare or social service environments will be an advantage
- Strong leadership, organisational, and change management capabilities
- Ability to commit to a 5.5-day work week (including Saturdays)
