Responsible for the completion of defined processes and procedures to deadline, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant internal and external standards. Identifies anomalies as they arise and uses judgement based on rules and procedures to resolve. For complex issues, may escalate to senior team members. Representative: Involves online and telephone contact with external/internal customers within functional area and completing any related administration.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Accuracy & Attention to Detail, Interpersonal Skills,
- Preferably non-executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent
