What You’ll Do:

• Manage Social Media: Assist in creating and scheduling inspiring content across our social channels (IG, FB, WeChat, Xiaohongshu).
• Support Digital Campaigns: Help plan and launch digital ads on Google & Meta, boosting brand awareness and seeing results live.
• Create Compelling Content: Contribute to blog posts, emails, and content marketing that connect with thousands of women.
• Analyze & Optimize: Use Google Analytics and SEO tools to track growth and optimize impact.
• Collaborate With the Team: Participate in strategy discussions and work alongside leadership to bring ideas to life.
• Support Events: Help organize and promote events that empowers and celebrate mothers.

What We’re Looking For:

• A creative, curious, and eager learner
• Familiarity with social media trends, Canva, and Google tools (Meta Business Suite is a plus)
• Bilingual in English & Chinese to engage our diverse audience
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month internship

• Provide administrative support and assist with business operations.
• Help manage projects, ensuring timelines are met and stay on course. Ensure smooth running projects and client's objectives are met.
• Contribute creative ideas to help and reach out to our clients.

Responsibilities

Accounts Payables

• Process and record vendor invoices accurately and promptly in the accounting system.
• Verify invoices against supporting documents (e.g. purchase orders, service agreements, delivery notes) to ensure accuracy and proper authorisation.
• Prepare and process payments to suppliers, including intercompany payments and fund transfers, in accordance with payment terms.
• Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to address billing inquiries and resolve payment issues.

Support audit requests and ensure compliance with internalcontrols, accounting policies, and statutory requirements.

Assist with inventory and asset management activities,including stock takes, as and when required.

Perform any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by theFM, AFM or Finance Business Partner.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration / Accountancy or equivalent.
• Meticulous, self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work well both independently and as part of a team under time pressure.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 3 months; immediate availability is preferred.
