- 2/ Be GE's referent for APAC region: Under Regional Leader supervision, you will act as a point of contact for GE teams in the APAC area with the objective of ensuring that Safran's interests are taken into account and that One CFM best practices are deployed.

o In close coordination with our GE's counterparts, you own responsibility for building a trustful and demanding relationship between SAE and GE teams (Support, Services and Sales), on top of the one with Customers.

**Job Summary:**

The IT Support Technician serves as the front-line defense of client’s IT systems, providing essential support to ensure smooth and stable operations. (d) Providing real-time information on attendance info to support SMT

(e) Manage students' cellphone confiscation process

(f) Assisting in sick bay recording, ambulance recording, incident recording

(g) Manage student lift pass issuance

Requirements:

The Personnel shall minimally have obtained ‘A level’ qualifications or its equivalent, and should preferably have the following skills and experience:

(a) Working in front counter services

(b) Working in school environment

(c) At lease 3 years of experience in administration

(d) Proficient in IT environment, MS Office, Whatapps Chat,

(e) Good communication and inter-personal skills

(f) Good team player with a high level of initiative

(g) Able to Multitask

(h) Good Social skills

(i) Problem solving

• Support team in managing in-market complex customer queries, build apt hypothesis and bring prompt resolution with data support and effective communication.
• Work closely with in-market Consulting, Analytics & Insights team, Operations and Data Science, Global customer Service Centre to ensure all work is connected to client business issues and is delivered according to established timelines and in a way that contributes to driving client outcomes.
• Create an environment to encourage and drive solution mindset and to leverage best practices.
• Enhance servicing efficiencies through planning and execution of client engagement model to attain acceptable client (NPS) satisfaction scores.
• Measure emerging issues and quality trends, flag out areas of improvement on a regular basis, and share with respective teams for improvement.
