We are looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Centre Administrator to support the daily operations of our preschool centre. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff—playing a key role in ensuring smooth communication, efficient administration, and a positive experience for all who walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming phone calls and respond to general enquiries professionally.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records.
• Carry out general administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxing of documents.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the centre and teaching staff.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties as assigned to support smooth centre operations.
• Ensure documentation and records are well-organised and up to date.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service or centre-based administrative roles preferred (preschool experience is an advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Responsibilities:

·       Managed trademark publications, registration certificates, and renewal processes, ensuring accurate record maintenance and timely updates.

·       Maintained and monitored trademark databases and IP management systems tracking critical deadlines and coordinating timely follow-up actions on publications, registrations, and renewals.

·       Administered trademark file opening and closure processes in accordance with established internal procedures and compliance standards.

·       Supported legal and IP teams with administrative, operational, and ad hoc tasks to ensure efficient portfolio management.

·       Demonstrated adaptability in leveraging new technologies and platforms, including document management, intellectual property management, and AI-enabled systems.

·       Support team with projects and ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
