The Customer Operations Executive serves as the primary point of contact between Vestech Energy and its clients following project handover. This role focuses on these areas:

1. Project Communication, Client Management & Reporting

• Monitor project and system timelines to ensure timely completion and delivery.
• Prepare and submit weekly project progress reports.
• Handle client enquiries and provide timely updates on project status.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

2. Customer Experience & Satisfaction

• Drive customer satisfaction initiatives by keeping clients informed and engaged throughout their project journey.
• Conduct customer experience and satisfaction surveys.
• Gather, analyse, and report customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of customer retention and engagement strategies.

3. Administration & Cross-Functional Support

• Work closely with various departments to support operational initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Organise and maintain departmental documentation and customer records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s
2. Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field (Engineering field is an added advantage).
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
4. Required skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills
5. Attitude: Customer and service-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.

We’re looking for a motivated and dynamic Service Operations Executive / Field Biologist to join our expanding team. The position supports the development and execution of initiatives that enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and people capability across branches. The role focuses on implementing service management processes, monitoring compliance, supporting training programs, and coordinating improvement projects in line with business and regulatory.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Service Process & Performance Support

• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of service management processes at branch level.
• Track operational KPIs, identify gaps, and escalate improvement opportunities.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for service capability initiatives.

Capability Building & Training

• Support the development, updating, and delivery of training materials related to service and operations.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and coaching activities for Service Technicians and Supervisors.
• Collect feedback and monitor training effectiveness to ensure continuous improvement.

Audit & Compliance Monitoring

• Conduct branch visits to monitor service process adherence and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in route rides with Service Technicians and Supervisors to observe service delivery and client experience.
• Prepare audit observations and reports, highlighting areas for corrective actions.

Project & Initiative Support

• Assist in managing projects and programs assigned for service and operations capability development.
• Gather and analyze data, prepare reports, and support solution development for operational improvements.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of capability initiatives.
• Support communication and reporting requirements to management regarding progress, risks, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum Degree holder in any field.
• Entomology background will be an added advantage
• Computer skill is essential (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Video Editing).
• Possess good interpersonal, communication and writing skills especially in English.
• Mature, very proactive, result oriented, has good drive, can work under pressure.
• Can manage multiple tasks and deliver according to given deadlines.
• Required to travel to the branches throughout Malaysia.

In this role you will be part of a Field Service team providing a prompt and effective service to customers within the Water, Power, Petrochemical oil & gas and other associated Industries.  

In this role you will identify faults, repair, test and modify actuators in the field, carry out planned and preventative maintenance, mechanical and electrical installations of actuators and associated retrofit adaption of components, pedestals and drive shafts and completing accurate and technical site visit reports for each job.

This role would suit a determined problem-solver, who can think logically for troubleshooting issues and has the willingness to travel.

As an EUC Support Engineer at NEXTDC, you’ll provide L1/L2 technical support to our Technology team, resolving end-user IT issues. You will handle service tickets via phone, email, or in-person, escalate complex issues as needed, and assist with software installations, updates, and configurations. Here, you’ll also monitoring IT systems, identifying issues, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with NEXTDC standards, with strong customer service and technical skills essential for minimising downtime
