Job Summary

You will handle technical tyre services and customer interactions, supporting daily workshop operations with a proactive and physically fit approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to online and walk-in customer enquiries by providing professional recommendations on tyres and sport rims
• Independently perform tyre installation, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment checks to ensure vehicle safety and performance
• Manage unloading and organisation of tyre and sport rim stock to maintain efficient inventory flow
• Conduct stock take and maintain accurate inventory records to support workshop operations
• Deliver quality workmanship to meet customer satisfaction standards
• Maintain workshop cleanliness and assist with general workshop duties to ensure a safe and orderly environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in tyre-related work
• Ability to independently change tyres and perform proper wheel balancing
• Physically fit and comfortable performing manual workshop tasks
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence
