Job Description:
- Service High Net-worth private banking clients
· Co-ordinate between the operations team in India and the relationship managers and help in processing and executing the client instructions.
· Provide day to day support to the Private Banking Relationship Managers in Singapore.
· Provide assistance to private banking clients on their day to day queries and service requests.
· Cultivate client relationships through successful client follow-up and quality service.
· Responsible for the primary and the first level of document scrutiny and ensure that there is minimal discrepancy in the documentation.
· Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance as laid down by relevant teams/authorities at all times.
· Responsible for keeping up the service quality level (Zero errors in Documentation)
· Responsible for sending the investment forms and the client requests (including documents for the client account modification) through FCRM, OMNI Scan etc.
· Responsible for answering calls and responding to client complaint / query e mails from GPC customers across all geographies, locate their problems and provide solutions.
· Any other relevant task or duty as assigned by the Reporting Manager
Requirements:
2+ years of relevant banking experience
