Responsibilities

• Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner
• Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure DBS service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
• Prospect and introduce customers to the Bank’s products and services.
• Market and provide advisory on General Insurance to customers.
• Educate and migrate customers towards our digital platform
• Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback/escalation/complaint
• Ability to understand issues and appropriately escalate to Management in a timely fashion
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results

Requirements

• Working hours are Mondays to Fridays and half-days on Saturdays (off in lieu will be granted for working on Saturdays)

Job Summary

Lead and support the implementation of a new core banking system across 10+ APAC countries by managing project activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations team as PMO to implement a new core banking system across the APAC region covering 10+ countries.
• Develop and execute project plans supporting Business Analysts in defining business requirements and ensuring comprehensive system coverage.
• Manage project progress and issues, escalating risks and delays promptly to maintain project timelines.
• Support the Project Manager and client PMO in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities for smooth execution.
• Create and maintain project documentation including plans, schedules, progress reports, dashboards, and status updates for internal and client stakeholders.
• Monitor deliverables and dependencies, ensuring risks and issues are tracked and mitigated effectively.
• Coordinate communication and issue resolution among workstream leads, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Assist in managing change requests, risk and issue logs, and documenting lessons learned.
• Uphold consulting professionalism, maintain confidentiality, and foster strong collaboration with client teams.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of consulting experience in the banking industry.
• Proven expertise in PMO roles for package system implementation projects.
• Demonstrated end-to-end project management skills including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of system implementation projects with accountability for timeline, scope, budget, and quality.
• Strong risk, issue, and stakeholder management skills with ability to identify risks proactively, drive mitigation plans, manage cross-functional dependencies, and report to senior management and steering committees.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams across overseas offices.
• Professional mindset with strong self-discipline, responsibility, and commitment to project success.
• Knowledge of banking business and operations such as Trade Finance, Lending/Loan, Payment/Collection and Cash Management, Treasury and Market, Deposit, and Accounting is a plus.
• Experience with Trade360, Oracle Flexcube, Murex, ACBS, Finastra GPP, or Oracle ERP implementations is a plus.

• Working Hours - Mon to Thurs 8.30am - 6pm, Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Monthly Salary - up to $2650
• Govt Agency, 6 +6 months contract

Job Scope:

• Support user engagement workshops for the implementation of a Financial Planning system, including gathering and documenting business requirements
• Assist in system continuous improvement, including managing Change Requests and supporting new feature testing
• Maintain master data in the Workday system and support budget-related operations
• Organize, maintain, and update project documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support stakeholders in understanding system workflows and controls for budgeting and planning processes

Job Summary

Manage and support PB batch job scheduling, execution, and monitoring across project lifecycles. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, produce documentation, and ensure smooth production handover while adhering to regulatory and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage PB batch jobs by setting up, scheduling, executing, and monitoring them throughout Development, SIT, and UAT project phases
• Monitor batch job performance and provide operational support by identifying and resolving job failures, overruns, or missed executions
• Document batch job incidents in JIRA and collaborate with developers to investigate root causes and implement solutions
• Prepare detailed batch execution and run-status reports to support testing, validation, and management reporting requirements
• Develop and maintain batch execution Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth and compliant production handover
• Produce clear and comprehensive documentation and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for the production support team after project cutover
• Collaborate closely with developers, system analysts, and architects to design and implement technical solutions that comply with security, regulatory, and architectural standards
• Work on shift schedules, including overnight shifts, to support end-of-day batch execution for PB projects

Required competencies and certifications

• Solid understanding of PB system flow and dependencies to support batch scheduling, execution, and monitoring effectively
• Experience with Temenos Wealthsuite Front Office / Triple’A Plus
• Proficiency in Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Shell scripting for batch job management
• Knowledge of Oracle, Sybase, and SQL databases for data handling and batch processing
• Experience using Control-M for batch job scheduling and automation
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Remedy for incident tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution
