Job Description & Requirements

1. Investigative & Case Support

• Assist in conducting preliminary investigations and fact-finding

interviews

• Obtain student and witness statements where appropriate and

compile evidence and prepare structured incident reports to

relevant KPs for directions

2. Detention & Restorative Follow-Up

• Supervise daily detention sessions and after-school CWO

• Maintain attendance and behavioural records during the

detention sessions

• Support Student Management Team and Year Heads with

student reflection and restitution activities, including facilitating

student reflection on choices, consequences and improvement

strategies

• Ensure detention and CWO tasks are meaningful and

developmental in nature

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Help establish a structured environment for suspended students

• Support learning continuity during suspension

• Guide students through reflective and re-entry support activities

4. Campus Supervision & Prevention

• Serve as visible adult presence in high movement areas during

recess times and dismissal time.

• Conduct systematic patrols with Student Management Team

members during:

o In-School - Recess/ lunch breaks/ lesson transitions

• Out-of-School – Marine Terrace MRT/Block 57, relevant

areas (when necessary)

• Support proactive discipline strategies

• Assist in simple peer reconciliation or mediation contexts (where

necessary)

Deployment & Reporting

• The DSO will report operationally to the HOD/Student

Management

• Deployment schedule will be determined by the school in

accordance with the termly school timetable and school events

Insurance

Awarded Contractor shall be expected to purchase insurance for the

personnel who will be deployed at our School.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Student Support

• Be part of the school's counselling team to provide one-to-one

counselling and coaching support for students' social, emotional

and mental well-being

• Support the school's student management and counselling team

in strengthening restorative practices and student support

• Conduct group and individual intervention programmes for

students with additional needs in targeted support areas,

including learning motivation and engagement, cyber wellness,

peer relationships and social skills, and emotional regulation and

behaviour across relevant primary levels as directed by the

school

2. Staff Engagement and Professional Development

• Conduct sharing sessions for teachers on student well-being

topics as part of the school's ongoing professional learning during

term period and/or school holidays.

• Support programme development and teacher engagement

aligned to the school's Character and Citizenship Education

(CCE) and Education and Career Guidance (ECG) curriculum

and initiatives

• Provide case consultation with teachers to better support

identified students with additional needs

3. Stakeholder and Parent Engagement

• Support the school's well-being and counselling team in case

consultation with relevant external agencies and social service

organisations

• Provide counselling consultation for identified parents as required

• Support the school's parent engagement efforts, including talks

and workshops as directed by the school during term period

and/or school holidays

4. Engagement Disposition and Professional Conduct

The Personnel should demonstrate a warm, approachable, and non-

judgmental disposition when working with students, with the ability to

build trust and rapport while maintaining professional boundaries.

Cultural sensitivity and an awareness of the school environment are

important, as is a collaborative working style with teachers, school

counsellors, and student management staff. The Personnel is expected

to uphold confidentiality, ethical standards, and professional conduct in

all interactions with students, staff, and external agencies.

The Services required are set out as follows:

1. Supervision & Discipline Prevention

• Serve as a visible adult presence in high-movement areas and conduct

systematic patrols during recess, lunch breaks, and lesson transitions.

• Maintain supervisory presence in the canteen and Multi-Purpose Hall

during daily recess periods.

• Support proactive discipline strategies and assist in simple peer

reconciliation or mediation (where appropriate).

2. Latecoming monitoring

• Record latecomers arriving after 07:30am

• Manage latecomers data.

3. In-House Suspension Support

• Help establish a structured environment for suspended students to

support learning continuity during suspension.

• Guide students through structured reflective activities and support their

transition back into the classroom environment.

4. Investigative & Case Support

Key Responsibilities

1. Support School’s Student Management and Development Operations • Lead investigations into cases of student misconduct.

• Recommend and implement follow-up actions for misconduct in line with school policy, with application of Restorative Practice.

• Support teachers in managing students’ behavioural and peerrelationship issues, including coaching of students.

• Partner parents/guardians on issues of student misconduct to align follow-up and support at school and at home.

• Partner external agencies, including the Singapore Police Force, the Ministry of Social and Family Development, and Family Service Centres, for complex cases.

• Serve as first responder for student management incidents, including disruptive classroom behavior.

• Supervise students placed on student management and development programmes (e.g. detention; in-school suspension; corrective work; GEAR-UP) and guide students through coaching during those programmes.

• Review disciplinary trends and suggest proactive character development initiatives to the Student Development Team. • Leverage the school’s Student Activities Centres for student guidance programmes.

3. Administrative & Integrated Support

• Maintain detailed case files on student interventions to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide other support as required by School Leaders.

3. To escort the contractors and to ensure that the contractors are carrying out specific works authorised by the School

4. To ensure all rooms’ lights, fans and aircons are switched off, doors and roller shutters locked and the school alarm system is armed before leaving school

Job Description:
Support the Lead Solemniser (LS) with queue management and administrative duties to ensure the smooth conduct of ceremonies.

Assist couples and guests during solemnisation appointments, including registration, witness updates, and reprinting of ceremonial certificates via self-service kiosks.

Guide and direct guests after their solemnisation to maintain an orderly waiting area and smooth visitor flow.

Monitor self-service kiosks and provide basic technical assistance when required.

Handle simple customer enquiries, verify supporting documents for completeness and accuracy, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate channels.

Assist counter staff with document verification processes, including assessing couples' language proficiency based on provided guidelines.

Perform general administrative duties such as setting up and closing solemnisation rooms and kiosks, preparing simple reports, and supporting daily operations.

Carry out other related administrative tasks as assigned.

 Perform Professional Customer Services facing tasks such as

answering and directing phone calls, providing information and

services and attending to walk-in enquiries/requests from

students, visitors and suppliers in the General Office.

 Management of records such as maintaining and updating filing

and inventory.

 Manage lost and found items and delivery of goods.

 Maintain sickbay records and taking care of students at sickbay,

including early dismissal of students due to medical reasons and

providing basic first aid to injured students.

 Managing all student matters such as Student and Class Photos,

NRICs applications in school, School Health Checks, Dental

Checks, QSE surveys and other events with Students. Packing of

phamplets, leaflets and souvenirs for staff and students and

assist Teachers in-charge. Contact Teachers in-charge when

their goods arrived in school and assist them.

 Secretarial tasks such as arranging appointments, organising

meetings, calling students and parents for fee arreas etc.

 Upkeep Cleanliness of School Leaders Rooms and Pantry in

General Office

 Perform other related administrative duties as required by School

Leaders and Admin Manager.

Job Description

• Maintain the general cleanliness of equipment and the workplace

• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and arranging

furniture and equipment

• Operate and maintain basic office equipment and materials

1. Key Responsibilities

a. Assist the Operations Manager in maintaining school security.

b. Ensure that school supplies are well stocked and coordinate

with vendors for maintenance of school equipment.

c. Carry out operational tasks in school such as maintaining

cleanliness and provide logistical support for events.

The Services required are set out as follows:

• Assist the Discipline team in the overall management of the

students’ discipline, on a daily basis

• Assist the Discipline team to conduct house visits with school

personnel and make follow-up calls to parents.

• Assist Operations Manager in manning and taking charge of the

activities in the in-house detention centre, on a daily basis

• Patrol the school premises to ensure orderliness, on a daily basis

• Be involved in case management for students identified as at-risk

• Conduct investigations as part of case management and submit

• Conduct spot-checks on students’ general neatness in

apprearance like attire and hair

• Assist the Discipline team in maintaining student discipline during

school functions and activities (eg. Speech Day, Sport Canival,

Level Camps), whenever necessary

Reception Duties:

(a) Manage school front counter services

(b) Handling visitors, parents, staff, students, and addressing their

needs

(c) Handling queries and complaints via phone

(d) Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff
