We are hiring a Senior Systems Analyst (Service analyst) who will be providing advanced technical support for the HEALIX data streaming platform once it becomes fully operational. This role focuses on diagnosing and resolving issues escalated from Level 1 (L1) support, maintaining system stability, and coordinating with engineering and vendor teams to ensure continuous service availability and optimal performance. 

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide the application support for IDMC ETL jobs and data pipelines
• Monitor scheduled and on‑demand workflows, mapping and transformation steps
• Diagnose application failures by investigating logs, error messages, and transformation logic
• Perform root-cause analysis and document findings, impact, and remediation steps
• Restart failed jobs or tasks and validate recovery
• Optimize ETL job performance within application scope if required
• Validate end-to-end workflow completion and downstream data delivery
• Escalate recurring, complex, or platform-impacting transformation/mapping failures with reproducible evidence
• Maintain and update runbooks, recovery playbooks, incident logs, and operational documentation
• Follow change-control and governance processes for any configuration or mapping changes
• Support problem management activities by identifying and addressing underlying technical issues
• Participate in change management processes, including testing and deployment of patches, upgrades, and new features
• Work closely with L1 support, infrastructure, data engineering, and vendor teams to ensure timely issue resolution
• Document troubleshooting procedures, resolutions, and updates for knowledge base improvement
• Communicate technical updates and incident statuses to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• minim 3 years of experience in application or platform support, preferably in data systems or cloud environments
• Experience with IDMC, or data streaming technologies is an advantage
•  Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
•  Proficient in incident and problem management processes (e.g., ITIL framework)
•  Good communication and stakeholder management skills

The Associate SoftwareTesting Engineer will be responsible for the Software Test design andexecution for the applications under test and will closely work with the QAManager, Business/Functional Analyst and Project Manager through the ProjectLife Cycle. The individual should have a strong understanding of Agile andwaterfall models

• Experience in Software Development Life Cycle Process (SDLC) , Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) ,Test Methodologies and defect life cycle.
• Knowledge and experience in analysing Software Requirement Specification and identifying and creating  the required test scenarios, test cases, test data and document traceability matrix to ensure sufficient test coverage.
• Experience in executing test cases and test plans to support the quality assurance activities throughout the software lifecycle.
• Able to perform defect reporting and verification of the fixes.
• Effective Communication with strong interpersonal skills and good analytical, problem solving skills.
• Healthcare domain knowledge.
• Experience in testing mobile apps.
• Able to conduct Test Readiness Review (TRR) to ensure readiness of the test phase.
• Experience in API testing using postman.
• Knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Hands-on experience and expertise with test management tool.
• Development /scripting skills in programming languages which are compatible for Selenium WebDriver such as Java/C#/Python.
• Experience in Automation of Web Applications.
• Good Knowledge in using Version control Management tools such as Bitbucket, GitHub and sound understanding of the code review process.
• experience in manualtesting, with at least 2-3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics CRM functionality, including sales, marketing, service, and custom modules.
• Analyse business requirements and translate theminto detailed test cases for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 applications
• Execute test cases manually, including functional, integration, and regression testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules.
• Identify, document, and track defects/issuesfound during testing in defect management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Computer science or related field 
• 5-10 years of Testing experience
• Effective Communication with strong interpersonal skills and good analytical, problem solving skills.
• Healthcare domain knowledge (good to have)
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and scripting is an advantage.
• Experience in testing integrations with other Microsoft technologies

Responsibilities

• Perform production job support and track incidents to closure especially on the batch job recovery and failures
• Conducting EVMS (Enterprise Vulnerability Management System) assessment and patching to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Participating in on-call rotations to address urgent monitoring issues outside of regular business hours.
• Respond to alerts and incidents generated by monitoring systems, investigate root causes, and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly.
• Evaluate potential solutions relating to business intelligence and data warehouse and make recommendations to resolve business problems
• Liaise closely with vendors and project team members in project implementation, application testing, supporting application patches and upgrades in accordance with project methodologies and policies
• Support the team in defining, tracking and documentation of the technical deliverables expected
• Provide 24/7 primary application maintenance support on technical aspects

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Five (5) years’ experience in developing, implementing and maintaining data warehouse.
• Strong experience in using Informatica PowerCenter with ability to diagnose and troubleshoot ETL errors.
• Strong SQL skills using Oracle and SQL server databases.
• Thorough understanding of data warehouse concepts, dimensional design, and ETL optimization.
• Experience in data modelling and design.
• Ability to manage users, vendors and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently, as well as in a team
