Job Description

Working hours: 

• 5 days work week, 44 hours per week
• Needs to work rotating shift (see below for reference), weekends and Public Holidays
• Shift A: 7am to 430pm
• Shift M: 10am to 730pm / 11am to 830pm
• Shift B: 1pm to 1030pm
• Shift C: 10pm to 730am

Job Scope

• Work closely with the Residence Manager and provide courteous services to guests. Respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and inquiries.
• Provide courteous and efficient service, striving to fulfill each guests’ request whenever possible. Ensure all telephone calls are promptly handled within three rings.
• Handle cashiering functions and adhere to the residence’s Standard Policies & Procedures.
• Maintain good guest relations with in-house guests at all times. Project a courteous and hospitable attitude.
• Take ownership of problems and promptly handle guest complaints according to established procedures. Report to the supervisor for further follow-up when necessary. Write glitch reports when required.
• Ensure guest room security, emergency, and fire procedures are followed. Encourage the use of Safe Deposit boxes (El-Safe) and adhere to policies & procedures for their use.
• Be familiar with SR facilities, functions, major city attractions and events. Provide guests with accurate information as requested. Maintain a professional and courteous working relationship with all hotel personnel, ensuring effective communication.
• Maintain a well-groomed appearance and a tidy work area. Keep personal grooming at the highest standard.
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.

Job Requirement

• O-Level or equivalent
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Positive attitude with outgoing personality and good communication skills
• Experience in hospitality and knowledge of HMS will be advantageous
• Relevant experience like customer service and administrative support.

Job Info:

• Working Day: 5-day work week; 1 day off on weekdays & weekends
• Location: Hougang, Walking distance from MRT

Responsibilities:

• Provide financial solutions for clients through an understanding of their financial requirements
• Provide clear and coherent explanations of loan contract terms, products, and details to clients
• Timely follow-up and update the loan application status to the clients
• Perform corporate and personal loan disbursement
• Conduct eligibility checks on the applicant’s application
• Schedule appointments with clients to facilitate payment
• Make follow-up calls with customers for better business opportunities
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Scope:

• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and tactfully

• Perform cashiering duties in accordance with Standard Policies & Procedures
• Maintain positive guest relations and provide a warm, hospitable experience
• Take ownership of guest issues and resolve them efficiently; escalate when necessary
• Prepare glitch reports and follow up on service recovery actions
• Ensure compliance with security, emergency, and fire safety procedures
• Promote and manage Safe Deposit Box (El-Safe) usage according to SOP
• Provide accurate information on residence facilities, services, and local attractions
• Maintain professional communication and teamwork with all departments
• Uphold high standards of personal grooming and maintain a neat work area
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Scopes:

• Prepare and propose air freight quotations and solutions tailored to customer requirements
• Coordinate with airlines on freight rates, space availability, and booking arrangements
• Communicate with customers regarding export shipment instructions and booking updates
• Liaise with external vendors such as DG specialists, fumigation providers, and marine insurance companies
• Prepare job sheets and hand over shipment details to the Operations team for execution
• Monitor shipment status and ensure successful uplift and delivery schedules
• Perform job costing and ensure accuracy of shipment-related charges
• Troubleshoot and resolve shipment issues or operational challenges when they arise
