1 Support customers and ensure customer satisfaction by
-Â Providing prompt & relevant technical / information assistance to each customer
- Gather & communicate customers’ feedback concerning the company's product quality, delivery & services to SAM management
-Â Highlight / initiate / lead / execute customer satisfaction activities with other departments
2Â Adhere and abide with all Customer rules, compliance, quality and safety policies
-Â Ensure & practice good housekeeping
-Â Observe all safety rules of the company and at customer premises
-Â Exercise safety precautions
-Â Use approved, safe methods & procedures while working in the factory premises
3Â Perform failure analysis and prepare failure analysis report for each defective product
-Â To receive training for competency to perform failure analysis
-Â Correctly identify & verify all defective products made
4Â Defect & Crisis Management
-Â Lead & execute control & containment activities in the event of quality trouble
-Â Be familiar with & exercise proper trouble escalation, if the need arises
-Â Perform on-the-job task when appropriate (as per training planning)
Requirements
-Â Minimum Diploma or Degree in any Engineering discipline.
-Â Preferably with 2 to 4 years of relevant experiences.
