Work Location:

Work Days

• Days: Monday to Friday, 9.30am – 7pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students
• Manage daily student routines including meal times, homework supervision, academic support, enrichment activities, and recreational programmes
• Provide care, guidance and support to primary school students during after-school hours
• Conduct Excellence in Expression and Holistic programme
• Oversee procurement of materials for Holistic programme
• Plan and manage the daily staff and student roster to ensure smooth operations
• Facilitate effective parent communication, including updates on student progress and addressing enquiries
• Create a nurturing and positive learning environment for students
• Coordinate and manage student pick-up and drop-off arrangements, including:

- Picking up students from school

- Accompanying students safely on the school bus

- Ensuring students are safely handed over during dismissal

*EIX: Excellence in Expression is a structured drama-based programme that builds students’ confidence, creativity, communication skills, and teamwork through movement, voice work, storytelling, improvisation, and prop-based activities.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A level/Diploma in any discipline (Undergraduates are welcome to apply)
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
• Able to coach and provide academic guidance for primary school subjects adequately
• A natural enthusiast with a genuine affinity and passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to think on their feet and respond effectively in dynamic or challenging situations
• Demonstrates appropriate firmness, consistency, and care in managing children
• A collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and stakeholders

Full-Time:

• Location: Must be comfortable to travel to different branches when required (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, Thomson Plaza)

• Days: Wednesday to Sunday (OFF on Mondays and Tuesdays)

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes

• Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs

• Actively promote programmes to both prospective and existing customers

• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and customer-centric manner

• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders

• Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner

• Ensure administrative duties like registration and enrolment data are accurately captured in a meticulous and detailed manner

• Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints

• Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required

• Uphold a strong communication platform between teachers and parents

• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualifications: Diploma

• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English

• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office

• Good team player with ability to work with minimal supervision

• Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous
