We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Channel Distribution & Partnerships Manager to drive our growth through effective partnerships and distribution strategies. Reporting to the head of Product, the candidate will have a strong background in channel management, business development, and relationship building. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our distribution network and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel distribution strategies to increase market share and reach new customer segments.
• Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key partners, distributors, and resellers to enhance product distribution and sales.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze the performance of distribution channels and partnerships, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Training and Support: Develop training programs and resources for partners to ensure effective product positioning and sales techniques.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and agreements with partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance with policies.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on partnership performance, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in channel management, business development, or partnerships.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing distribution channels.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

A Software Engineer - Unified Support is responsible for analyzing and diagnosing suspected software faults or technical configuration issues within IFS’ suite of products. They are also responsible for developing quality assured enterprise grade resolutions where applicable. They possess thorough technical and functional knowledge of the   

relevant product areas.   

In addition, they combine software engineering skills with functional knowledge and a commercial mindset to provide efficient resolutions that are usable, maintainable, and secure.  

As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for core activities including; 

• Utilize industry knowledge and cross-product expertise to provide tailored solutions and enhance problem-solving.   

• Contribute to the design, implementation, and testing of software solutions, while maintaining a knowledge of IFS Cloud architecture and its alignment with industry standards.   

• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop innovative business solutions.   

• Apply a thorough knowledge of IFS Unified promote processes to resolve customer issues and suggest improvements.   

• Contribute to creating knowledge base articles, SOPs, and FAQs for continuous improvement.   

• Use IFS tools effectively to address issues and actively engage in IFS community groups to provide insights.   

• Apply knowledge of IFS support policies, customer offerings, and product versions to provide efficient assistance.   

• Ensure understanding of R&D-supported versions and follow organizational process guidelines to resolve issues consistently and comply with standards.   

• Manage planned maintenance, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive issue resolution across resolver groups.   

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to familiarize standards and provide clear, accurate information.
