Job Description:
- Manage reception counter and handle phone calls, walk-in enquiries, and requests
- Provide customer service support to students, parents, visitors, and suppliers
- Maintain and update records, filing systems, and inventory
- Manage lost and found items and coordinate delivery of goods
- Supervise sickbay operations, student care, and basic first aid support
- Assist with student-related matters (photos, NRIC applications, health/dental checks, surveys, school events)
- Support packing and distribution of materials, pamphlets, and souvenirs
- Liaise with teachers for collection and distribution of items
- Perform administrative and secretarial duties (appointments, meetings, calls to parents/students)
- Assist with fee arrears follow-up calls when required
- Maintain cleanliness of School Leaders’ rooms and pantry areas
- Carry out any other administrative duties as assigned by School Leaders or Admin Manager
Requirements:
- Secondary school education
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist with administrative experience in a school environment (preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
- Able to use school e - systems (e.g. student early release, late-coming records, etc.)
