We are looking for QS to join our Team! We are currently expanding our team for upcoming Industrial Park / High-Rise projects in KL and JB and need a sharp QS to help us protect the bottom line.

What you’ll be doing:What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage full set post-contract (Progress Claims, VOs, Final Accounts). Handle documentation, reports & coordination, Attend site visits & meetings when required.
- Liaise with sub-cons and consultants for tender evaluation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3 to 5+ years of experience in quantity surveying.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software.
