Responsibilities:
▪ Responsible for overall QS operation include taking-off quantities, BQ, materials, tendering & cost analysis
▪ Responsible for claims and cost management and able to prepare progress claim, variation order claims, final account
▪ Responsible for overall project contract administration and co-ordination
▪ Undertaking cost estimation, cost monitoring and control for updating project budget
▪ Liaise and coordination with consultants, contractors and suppliers
▪ Other ad hoc assignment as and when required by the management
