Job Summary

Job Scope:

• Identify and acquire new SME clients with financing needs

• Promote and advise on caveat loans and secured business lending solutions

• Assess clients’ financial situations and propose suitable loan structures

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Work closely with internal credit and operations teams to facilitate approvals and disbursement

• Ensure smooth onboarding and provide a positive client experiences

• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned targets 

Requirements:

• Prior experience in SME / business lending is strongly preferred, particularly in secured financing (e.g. caveat loans)

• Candidates with relevant sales experience in Property or Insurance will also be considered

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills

• Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working towards targets

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
