Role Objective

As the QS Manager (M&E), you will lead the commercial and contractual management for our Mechanical, Electrical, and Process Utility projects. • Monitor project cash flow and implement cost-control measures to ensure margins are maintained.

3. Contract Administration

• Administer main contracts and subcontracts in accordance with standard forms of contract.
• Manage the valuation of progress claims, certification of payments, and assessment of variation orders (VOs).
• Oversee the preparation and negotiation of final accounts with clients and subcontractors.

4. Leadership & Compliance

• Provide mentorship and guidance to a team of Quantity Surveyors.
