Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of account
- To review and identity discrepancies in tender documents and raise queries for clarification
- Prepare budget and cost control monitoring to ensure the project cost is within the allocated budget
- Prepare and analyze cost comparison
- Prepare, evaluate, and recommend on the award of Sub-contractors
- Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
- Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement, and sub-contractor payments
- Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders and payments to subcontractors
- To negotiate on pricing
- To handle any adhoc duties and tasks assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Quantity Survey, Engineering (Civil), Construction Management or Equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction field, specifically in a main contractor preferred
