We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Officer, Property Operations Support (Part-Time/Casual) to assist in the smooth coordination of daily operational activities across Front Office, Sales/Reservations, and F&B. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain exposure to hotel operations in a part-time capacity.
The successful candidate will support operational coordination, follow-ups, and day-to-day activities to help improve overall efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure smooth running of Front Office and residence activities.
• Assist with guest enquiries, feedback, and service recovery to support a positive guest experience.
• Prepare and update operational reports, logs, checklists, and other basic documentation.
• Support basic F&B operational duties such as setup, replenishment, and simple preparation tasks.
• Assist in maintaining inventory records, including monitoring and ordering of supplies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager, Cluster General Manager, or owner’s representative.
Job Requirements
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma in Hospitality (preferred).
• 0–1 year of experience in hospitality, operations, or administrative support; fresh graduates with an interest in hotel operations are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with hotel PMS is an advantage.
