Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and optimize treatment and handling processes for existing, new, and unknown waste streams, ensuring technical feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement resource recovery processes from waste streams to enhance sustainability and value creation.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to understand waste sources, identify treatment and recovery opportunities, support commercialization, and execute pilot trials.
• Identify, assess, and implement new technologies and processes, including collaboration with external partners (universities, research institutes, and technology providers).
• Establish and continuously improve laboratory capabilities, including process development and analytical methods to support R&D activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of existing operations through process optimization and introduction of alternative treatment methods.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, documentation standards, and all safety, health, and environmental requirements; maintain proper laboratory housekeeping.
• Support evaluation and development of handling procedures for high-risk and high-value waste streams.
• Contribute to new business development, including identifying opportunities, supporting new projects, and participating in facility planning and operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and proactively introduce relevant innovations into the company.

Quantity Surveyor (Landed house projects)

Salary: $3000 -$3800

5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm; May be required to work Saturday depending on workload or by appointment

Job scope:

• Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.
• Handle all contractual matters in relation to cost and time with the clients, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Project coordinators and subcontractors.
• Valuing completed work and prepare claim settlement and notification correspondences to clients.
• Monitor projects including materials and subcontractor cost forecast are strictly adhered to the agreed budget.
• Call for supplier / subcontractor quotation and compare with tender details.
• Able to do Quotation/Bill of quantity with Just Architects drawing.
• Able to fill in the tender document.
• Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying , and with 2 years of relevant experience 
• Experience in landed house projects

Land Surveyor 

• Mon to Fri, from 8.30am to 5.15pm
• Salary is Up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus [ No AWS ]

Job Role:
The Land Surveyor performs land and engineering surveys required for the projects, updates boundary lines and prepares sites for construction so that legal disputes are prevented.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma in Land Surveying or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction projects.
3. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Topographic Surveys, Geographic Information System (GIS).

Job Description:

• Responsible for surveying works during all stages of a construction project, ensuring that all measurements, setting out, calculations conducted
• Support the Quality Control / Quality Assurance Team in the checking of the correct setting up
• Supervise and conduct land survey operation including calculation of survey data.
• Verify Accuracy of all survey data.
• Planning, arranging daily site survey work & reporting daily survey work to Construction Team.
• Prepare the setting out drawing for construction purpose.
• Liaise with the BIM team on setting out the issue.
• Carry out site verification for as-built drawing.
• Other ad-hoc duties by Management assigned from time to time.
