The Intellectual Property Manager is responsible for developing, protecting, and maximizing the value of MiRXES’ intellectual property portfolio across molecular diagnostics, biomarkers, assay technologies, software, algorithms, data-enabled products, and related platform innovations. Roles and Responsibilities:

IP Strategy and Portfolio Management

• Develop and implement MiRXES’ IP strategy in line with business, product, and market expansion goals.
• Build, maintain, and optimize the company’s IP portfolio across patents, trade secrets, know-how, and related assets.
• Identify and assess inventions arising from biomarker, assay, software, AI/ML, bioinformatics, and platform development.

Invention Harvesting and Patent Prosecution
