Role Overview
You will lead a team to deliver strong operational performance across survey-related service functions. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders, strong people leadership, and a focus on service excellence, quality assurance, and process optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team to achieve service level agreements and performance KPIs
- Plan workforce requirements and oversee daily operational workflows
- Drive consistent quality standards across inbound and outbound survey services
- Manage escalations, investigations, and service recovery for both internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with stakeholders to align on service expectations, timelines, and deliverables
- Conduct call audits, quality checks, and implement process improvements
- Review and enhance email templates, scripts, and service workflows to improve efficiency
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and engagement
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports for management and stakeholders
- Support performance reviews, talent development, retention, and recognition initiatives
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant discipline, or strong equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of experience in quality service, operations, or service delivery
- Minimum 2 years in a managerial or team lead role
- Experience in call centres, survey operations, data processing, or statistics is an advantage
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
- Must complete required training and pass assessment prior to deployment
