- Responsible for quantity take off and cost estimation
- Preparation of tender & quotation submission and follow up with tender clarifications and interview
- Source quotation, liaise and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Attend site meetings to capture all variation claims, preparation of interim valuations and potential variation works
- Liaise with engineers and clients for tender clarifications
- Maintain relevant documentation in an orderly and proper manner
- Handle other assigned duties or related job as required
- Proficient in Autocad sanitary plumbing
- Candidate is proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM)
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD (2D & 3D) & BIM drawing
- Plan, manage and execute design work, typically from concept through to completion and manage design changes during construction stages
- Plan all drawing request to meet the submission deadline
- On time delivery drawings, correct and accurate drawings
- Work closely with assigned PM on Autocad and Drawing Status reporting
- To attend site walk as and when required by the Engineers and Managers
- Ensure compliance with the relevant design codes and specifications
