Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or its equivalent
5 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies
Prefer with building project experiences
Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines

Manage construction activities and progress independently
Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
Supervise structural/architectural works, co-ordinate with client's representatives
Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
Ensure the quality of work
Responsible for implementing the work plan of the Project Manager
Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
Attend project meetings
Other ad-hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
Requirements:
Min Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent
Min 10 years of working experience
Good communication skill and able to interact with all level of staff
Good team player, keen desire to learn, contribute, advance and progress with the company
