Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works at construction and industrial project sites. The role ensures safe, compliant, and efficient scaffolding operations in accordance with Singapore WSH standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling works on site
• Ensure all scaffolding structures are safe, stable, and compliant with regulations
• Lead and manage scaffolding team (workers and chargehands)
• Conduct daily site inspections and safety checks
• Ensure compliance with WSH safety standards and permit requirements
• Coordinate with site engineers, safety officers, and project teams
• Monitor material usage and site progress
• Conduct toolbox meetings and safety briefings
• Report site progress and safety issues to management

Requirements

• Minimum 3–8 years experience in scaffolding works
• Strong knowledge of industrial / construction scaffolding systems
• Valid scaffolding supervisor certificate (Singapore approved)
• Familiar with WSH safety regulations and site procedures
• Ability to read scaffold drawings and plans
• Strong leadership and site coordination skills
• Experience in plant shutdown / maintenance projects preferred

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical installation works at project sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality execution in accordance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site
• Lead and guide electricians and workers in daily activities
• Ensure works are carried out according to drawings and specifications
• Monitor site progress and report to Project Engineer / Manager
• Conduct inspections, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (WSH standards)
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and main contractors
• Maintain site documentation and work progress records

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in electrical works (M&E / construction / industrial projects)
• Experience in supervising site teams preferred
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, and installations
• Familiar with Singapore safety regulations (WSH)
• Good leadership and communication skills
• CSOC / safety certifications added advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
