An Administrative Manager oversees daily office operations, leading admin staff, managing budgets, implementing policies, and ensuring smooth workflows for scheduling, supplies, record-keeping, and facilities, acting as a key link between staff and senior management for efficiency and organization.

They handle hiring, training, performance evaluation, process improvement, and support other departments with administrative tasks, from payroll to event planning.

• Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate administrative team members.
• Operations & Procedures: Develop, review, and improve office systems, policies, and procedures for efficiency.
• Resource Management: Monitor budgets, control expenses, and manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordination: Plan office events, manage communications, oversee records, and support other departments.
• Reporting: Prepare reports, memos, and handle correspondence. 

Oversee and coordinate all construction activities, ensuring seamless integration with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. This role focuses on managing technical aspects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring efficient project execution.

Work closely with architects, structural and MEP engineers, and contractors to align building works with project objectives while managing schedules for timely execution.

Implement quality control measures, conduct inspections, oversee site operations, and ensure MEP systems are effectively integrated within the building structure.

Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and enforce strict safety protocols during construction.

Maintain detailed records of design changes, construction progress, and quality control measures while providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Construction worker , working at construction site, do the structural , timber work , erecting and breaking up scaffolding , ramp etc. with attention to safety. Unloading and carrying material at construction site .

Requirements: Proven experience as construction worker . Experience in operating equipment like trench rammers , drills, pneumatic hammers. Knowledge of mixing and pouring constructin material ( concrete, sand, grout etc. ) Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods.

Building Construction Supervisor Responsibilities:

Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines.

Monitoring construction processes, and providing training and team-building sessions as required.

Job progress checks on work done by junior coworkers.

Providing skills training on-site.

Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times.

Performing equipment, material, and routine site inspections.

Scheduling regular meetings with vendors, site inspectors, managers, and staff.

Working closely with architects and other professionals.

Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction.

Assisting with the recruitment and job allocation of new staff.

Processing paperwork and travelling to multiple sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate lorry to transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from site.

2. Ensure timely and safe delivery as per project schedules.

3. Assist in loading and unloading items when required.

4. Conduct routine checks to ensure vehicle is in good condition.

5. Follow all road safety and company regulations.

6. Coordinate with site supervisor and logistics team for nightly transport planning.

7. Maintain delivery records and logbooks accurately.

Requirements:

1. Valid Class 3 or higher driving license (Singapore).

2. Prior experience in construction-related delivery is preferred.

3. Able to work night shift and commit to overtime.

4. Physically fit and responsible attitude.

Reading and understanding drawings and perform measurements.

• Preparing Bills of Quantities.
• Understanding tender/contract document/specifications/terms of contract.
• Analyzing quotations/prices/rates, build-up rates and perform pricing.
• Preparing variation claims/project payment claims
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets and other documents.
• Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
• Any other assigned job as assigned.
• Diploma in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the Construction Sector
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

Lead a team of professional & technical trained staff in planning, daily operations, liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors & relevant authorities.

Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.

Responsible for overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet targets.

Manage the project sites and operations by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project.

Assist in the planning and sequencing of construction operations.

Reporting to the higher Management.

Preferably possess own transport.

Have an ownership attitude, be willing and able to grow, coach and mentor.

Able to manage a site team and liaise with main contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.

Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office is a must. Others acquired skill will be an added advantage.

Able to read construction drawings, know well the skill of formwork , rebar, concreting, survey.

To lead the installation teams at construction sites to plan and execute works according to the project schedule;

To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works;

To ensure efficient utilization of manpower, raw materials and consumables for our construction projects at construction sites;

To oversee the works and resolve any technical issues/ difficulties that may arise on constructions sites;

To ensure the works at construction sites carried out are complying with safe work procedures;

To report to project team on work progress at construction sites;

To liaise with main or sub-contractor for coordination work and installation, able to handle complaints and provide regular feedbacks.

To manage all on-site matters and assist Technical issues.

Any other duties as assigned by the Project Manager from time to time.

Accept working outdoors, the minimum working hours are from Monday to Saturday.
