Job Summary

You will deliver innovative interior design solutions by providing space planning, developing detailed 3D renderings and layout plans, managing projects to meet deadlines, and supporting site supervision to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide space planning and design conceptualization tailored to client needs
• Specify materials and color schemes aligned with project requirements
• Develop detailed 3D renderings and layout plans, including M&E plans, carpentry details, and sectional drawings
• Conduct site measurements and site marking to ensure accurate implementation
• Select appropriate materials based on project specifications and client preferences
• Prepare mood boards and material boards to communicate design concepts effectively

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of design processes including furniture/carpentry systems, specifications, detailing, basic M&E, construction drawings, color, and materials

The Enterprise Architect (Infrastructure & Hybrid Cloud) is responsible for leading the design, governance, and evolution of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure and hybrid cloud environments. The role supports business growth and digital transformation by delivering scalable, secure, resilient, and compliant architectures, particularly for BFSI customers with high regulatory and availability requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture & Strategy

•  Develop and maintain enterprise architecture roadmaps for infrastructure, platform, and hybrid cloud.

• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.

On-Premise Infrastructure Architecture (Core Focus)

Hybrid Cloud & Multi-Cloud Architecture

• Design secure connectivity and ensure FinOps efficiency.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Translate business and technical requirements into end-to-end architecture solutions.
• Provide guidance on cloud-native, containers, middleware, and integration.
• Support pre-sales and solution proposals.

Security, Compliance & Governance

• Ensure compliance with BFSI regulatory and security standards.
• Embed security-by-design, zero trust, IAM, and data protection principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, datacenter, and hybrid cloud roles.
• Proven experience as Enterprise, Infrastructure, or Solution Architect.
• Data center, virtualization, backup, DR, networking, and cloud architectures.

We are expanding our team and looking for Sales Interior Designers who enjoy meeting people, understand homeowners’ needs and can close renovation projects.

Sales Interior Designer (Leads Provided / Renovation Projects)

What You Will Do

• Meet homeowners (HDB, condo, landed) to understand their renovation needs, budget and lifestyle requirements.

• Propose design concepts, space planning ideas and material selections that match clients’ preferences and budget.

• Prepare quotations and project proposals, explaining clearly what is included and excluded.

• Follow up with leads provided by the company via calls, WhatsApp and showroom appointments to convert into confirmed projects.

• Manage the project lifecycle together with the operations team – from design, site measurement, material confirmation to handover.

• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors (e.g. carpenters, electricians, tilers) to ensure works are carried out according to design and schedule.

• Provide good after‑sales service to build long‑term relationships and referrals.

• Keep updated on renovation trends, materials and regulations relevant to Singapore properties.

    Requirements

    • Preferably 1–3 years of experience in interior design / renovation sales / related sales roles. Fresh candidates with strong sales interest are welcome to apply.

    • Strong interest in interior design, space planning and home renovation.

    • Comfortable meeting clients in person, conducting site visits and following up via phone/WhatsApp.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills – able to explain design and costs clearly to homeowners.

    • Self‑motivated and target‑driven, able to manage your own appointments and sales pipeline.

    • Able to work on weekends or evenings when required for client appointments (off‑days can be arranged on weekdays).

    • Proficient in spoken English; ability to speak Mandarin or dialects to communicate with some clients and contractors will be an advantage (to be framed as “advantage”, not requirement, for fair hiring).

    Good to Have

    Knowledge of basic AutoCAD / SketchUp / design software is a plus, but not strictly required if you have strong sales skills.

    Prior experience in home renovation, furniture, tiles, kitchen, or related industries is an advantage.
    

Responsibility

1. Responsible for algorithms and logic design and verification related to ASIC/AI/CPU chips under advanced processes.

2. Responsible for chip testability design and related work.

3. Responsible for maintaining the IC development environment and tool processes for chips, as well as designing In-House EDA tools.

We are seeking a Design Manager with strong architectural capability and interior design exposure to join our design team. This role is suited for someone ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities across complex, design-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities

•       Lead architectural and interior design development, including concept design, façade studies, spatial planning, and overall design strategy

•       Coordinate across multidisciplinary consultants, including Architecture, Interior Design, C&S, MEP, landscape, lighting, and façade

•       Manage design development deliverables, including drawings, BIM/Revit models, and technical documentation

•       Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups to ensure design intent is maintained
