The Salesforce Product Architect will be responsible for defining and design and governance of Salesforce solutions within a regulated financial services environment and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture aligned with business strategy, scalability, security, and compliance requirements. This role bridges business vision and technical execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are robust, future‑ready, and aligned with enterprise standards.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Product Ownership

1. Own the end‑to‑end Salesforce product architecture across Service, Experience, and Public Sector Clouds.
2. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high‑performance scalable Salesforce solutions.
3. Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities. 
4. Design and govern Salesforce security and sharing
5. Design secure integrations with core financial systems
6. Establish and enforce Salesforce architectural standards, guardrails, and best practices.
7. Define and maintain High‑Level and Low‑Level Designs (HLD/LLD) aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
8. Act as the design authority for Salesforce solutions across multiple delivery teams.
9. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams.
10. Support release planning, deployment strategies, and environment management.
11. Review solution designs and code for compliance and architectural integrity.
12. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and architectural guidance to delivery teams.
13. Apply API‑led and event‑driven architectures (REST, SOAP, Platform Events)
14. Support release governance, CI/CD pipelines, and environment strategies.
15. Provide architectural leadership and guidance to delivery teams.

Role Overview

The Pavement Design Engineer will be responsible for the design, analysis, and evaluation of airfield pavements, including runways, taxiways, aprons, and associated infrastructure, ensuring compliance with international and national aviation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design of flexible and rigid pavements for:
  • Runways
  • Taxiways
  • Aprons
• Perform pavement design using:
  • FAA / ICAO / DGCA guidelines
• Conduct:
  • Pavement thickness design
  • Overlay design
  • Rehabilitation strategies
• Analyze:
  • Traffic loading (aircraft mix & frequency)
  • Subgrade characteristics
• Use software/tools such as:

• Review geotechnical reports and integrate inputs into pavement design
• Prepare:

• Develop cost estimates and budget recommendations for pavement design and rehabilitation projects
• Evaluate sustainability and environmental considerations in pavement design, including material selection and lifecycle assessment
• Prepare maintenance and performance monitoring recommendations to optimize long-term pavement durability
• Communicate design findings and recommendations to stakeholders through technical presentations and documentation
