As a Data Center AutoCAD Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. • Partner with Accenture sales teams, prospective clients, and ecosystem partners to develop commercially viable solutions.

• Ensure deal structures align with Accenture’s policies, commercial frameworks, and risk management standards.

• Advise teams on commercial strategy and the onboarding of ecosystem partner solutions and products.

Client & Ecosystem Partner Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor to Accenture sales teams and clients on complex commercial deal structures involving third-party partners.

• Present and articulate the value, strengths, and competitive advantages of different deal constructs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners and internal stakeholders.

Collaboration & Capability Building

• Work closely with Legal, Finance, Compliance, Resale Leads, and Sales teams to design and launch new ecosystem solutions.
• Contribute to the Ecosystem Resale playbook, developing new commercial models for emerging technologies and strategic partners.
• Coach and enable sales teams on Accenture’s resale strategy and ecosystem commercial models.
• Facilitate vendor information sessions and training to strengthen ecosystem knowledge across internal teams.

Role Requirements

• Structure commercially sound solutions that align with both Accenture and partner offerings.

• Assess client requirements and partner capabilities to optimize resale and commercial constructs.

• Maintain working knowledge of key ecosystem partner technologies including cloud, security, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience shaping large and complex technology deals.

• Strong commercial negotiation and contracting experience with clients and suppliers.

• Experience in global sourcing, delivery models, and supplier engagement.

• Solid understanding of technology products, platforms, and evolving commercial models.

• Demonstrated ability to qualify opportunities, leverage commercial levers, and bring new solutions to market.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across multiple geographies and time zones.

• Experience managing supplier governance routines (e.g., QBRs, MBRs, dashboards, remediation programs).

• Hands-on experience in supplier selection, pricing models, and commercial constructs for software, platforms, and services.
