• Position : Solution Design/System Manager (Electronic Security)
• Location : Office in Outram
• Working hours : 5 days work week, (Monday- Friday 8.30am -6.00pm)

Main responsibilities:

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for major security tenders and bids
• Translate client requirements into integrated VMS, ACS, PSIM and network solutions
• Serve as subject matter expert in electronic security technologies
• Evaluate emerging technologies, vendors and platforms
• Optimize bill of materials (BOM) and total cost of ownership with procurement
• Manage and mentor engineering team members, including remote teams
• Present solution proposals to senior management, public sector clients and key stakeholders
• Align solution strategy with corporate roadmap and business objectives

Technology Scope:

• Video Surveillance: IP, VSaaS, AI analytics (edge & server)
• Access Control: Biometrics, mobile credentials, enterprise systems
• Intrusion Detection: PIDS and integrated alarm monitoring
• PSIM / Unified Platforms: Multi-system dashboards and integrations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in electronic security, including at least 3 years in a senior design or leadership capacity
• Strong experience in system integration and security services environment
• Solid IT and networking knowledge with hands-on security platform expertise
• Relevant professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, CCNA or equivalent will be an advantage
