Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for modification and detailed design development of HVAC system drawings for the company’s overseas projects, including but not limited to air conditioning and ventilation systems
• Prepare shop drawings and carry out drawing take-offs to generate production work orders
• Review and interpret technical drawings, ensuring compliance with project specifications and requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC or a related field
• Strong foundation in HVAC engineering principles and design practices
• Familiar with HVAC design codes, standards, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to conduct business communication fluently in both Mandarin and English
• Ability to work independently on HVAC system design, with strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking
• Proactive, responsible, and a strong team player with a service-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools)
