To accelerate the social implementation of autonomous robots equipped with cutting-edge Physical AI, you will play a vital role in collecting and generating "learning data" (human demonstrations and operation logs).

Using a specialized controller known as the "Leader Device," you will remotely operate robots to perform tasks ranging from daily activities like transport and handover to industrial trials such as parts assembly. We are seeking an experienced Design Manager to manage trackwork design and coordination for railway infrastructure projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage trackwork design matters for detailed design stages, including preliminary, pre-final and final design submissions, ensuring all submissions meet project deadlines.

• Lead and coordinate design activities in accordance with client requirements and project specifications.

• Review all track-related design drawings and documents to ensure compliance with client and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in design review meetings with authorities (e.g. LTA) and stakeholders.

• Review design documents submitted by contractors and suppliers prior to submission to the client.

• Manage design coordination between stakeholders, consultants and construction teams.

• Prepare Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals.

• Conduct technical evaluation, selection and recommendation of suppliers and manufacturers.

• Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) when required.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Railway Engineering, Civil Engineering or related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years in railway or trackwork design.

• Strong experience in design coordination and management for infrastructure projects.

• Familiar with railway design standards and authority requirements (e.g. LTA).

• Good communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
