Role purpose

Designs the ITSM process workflows that support delivery of stable EUX operations — Incident, Problem, Change and Release Management aligned to Customer's operational governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Author detailed process workflows for Incident, Problem, Change and Release across the in-scope EUX services.

• Document runbooks, escalation matrices and operational handover artefacts.

• Partner with Customer ITSM owners to align workflows to existing tooling and governance.

• Validate workflows during pilot and refine based on operational telemetry.

Required experience and qualifications

• 5+ years designing ITSM processes for enterprise organisations.

• ServiceNow process design experience is a plus.

• Demonstrable delivery of process design on at least one regulated-industry transformation.

• Demonstrable delivery experience in a regulated industry — financial services, government, pharmaceuticals, energy or similar — including familiarity with change control, audit and compliance constraints.

• Experience working in a large, geographically distributed global organisation, comfortable operating across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

• Experience working within a globally distributed team, collaborating effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to engage with senior stakeholders and translate technical detail for non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in a hybrid client/partner team with clear ownership boundaries.

Technical skills

• ITSM design — Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Demand & Capacity, Financial Controls.

• Service Transition planning aligned to Customer operational governance and tooling.

• Process workflow design and runbook authoring.

• Target-state operations model definition and BAU handover.

Desirable

• Banking or finance experience.

• Experience in role, delivering complex, global End User transformation in a regulated industry.

• ITIL v4 Foundation (Managing Professional is a plus) or equivalent service-management certification.

2.    Design and develop quality product and ensuring manufacturability with other engineering functions involved in product development.

3.    Perform product design activity which includes translating customer requirements into product drawings and product specification, design analysis and verification, tolerance analysis, DFMEA, etc.

4.    Ensure product designs are validated per customer requirements, respecting international industry standards.

5.    Take Project Leadership role, define and reconcile technical DFM with Process Design team

6.    Responsible for product engineering of responsible product line; and be part of integrated team anticipating and resolving customer dissatisfaction.

7.    Improve product designs to bring about reduction in manufacturing cost.

Job Requirement:

1.    Bachelor / Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline

2.    Minimum 5 years of product design development experience with excellent grasp of Engineering and Design principles.

3.    Experience in interconnects design industry is desirable. Senior/Staff position requires excellent design leadership skills and relevant product life-cycle knowledge.

4.    Proficient with Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics theory and its application to product design

5.    Familiar with CAD/CAE tool: Pro-Engineer CREO/ANSYS

6.    3D CAD modeling is a must

7.    Familiar with engineering drawing standards

8.    Working knowledge of connector application, plastic technology, insert-molding, stamping processes is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Verilog/VHDL RTL designs based on product specifications

• Perform logic synthesis and static timing analysis (STA)

• Collaborate with physical design teams to achieve timing closure

• Work with system and software teams on FPGA-based verification and validation

• Lead Design-for-Test (DFT) activities, including scan insertion, ATPG, and pattern validation

• Support production by working with test teams to debug and resolve test issues

• Investigate and fix functional issues in post-silicon (tape-out) devices

• Participate in design reviews, documentation, and quality/ISO processes

Requirements

• Degree or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related discipline

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital IC design

• Proven experience in full IC design cycle (RTL to tape-out)

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Verilog HDL and/or VHDL

  • Logic synthesis, STA, timing closure

  • DFT methodologies (scan insertion, ATPG)

• Familiar with EDA tools such as Cadence or Synopsys

• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is advantageous:

  • Digital or mixed-signal IC design

  • Connectivity protocols (e.g., USB, UART, SPI, I²C)

  • Interface-based product development

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
